Who can attend?
Advantage Early Learning Academy admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, scholarship and other school-administered programs.
What ages can come to the academy?
We welcome children who are 6 weeks though 12 years old.
What days/times does the academy operate?
Advantage ELA South Columbus:
Operates from 6:00am - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, for the full year, except for holidays and scheduled staff professional development days.
Advantage ELA Marysville:
Operates from 5:300am - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, for the full year, except for holidays and scheduled staff professional development days.
How much does it cost to send my child to the school?
Rates vary based on location of the Early Learning Center. We maintain competitive rates within each geological area we have a child care center. We also accept PFCC at our locations.
When you schedule your center tour we will discuss age groups and rates.
What does the Advantage Early Learning Academy do with and for my child?
We lead, teach, guide, love, and prepare students for Kindergarten and beyond.
When can I register?
We accept children year round. If we don’t have openings right away, your child will be placed on a waiting list. Please contact us to set up a school tour!
How do I register my child for Advantage Early Learning Academy?
If you would like to register your child, please contact us. We will get back to you quickly to let you know if there is space (or to put your name on a waiting list) and to schedule a meeting with you.
That’s when we will answer all your specific questions and provide a number of forms for you to fill out. To complete the process, you will need several documents such as your child’s Birth Certificate, Shot Records, Verification of Income, Social Security card, etc.
In addition, your child will need a medical exam from a licensed physician within 30 days of admission.
How will I know how my child is doing?
Daily communication logs are provided for infants, toddlers, and preschool students. Daily and weekly schedules are posted in each classroom and monthly school newsletters are sent home detailing events and activities.
Parents may schedule an appointment at any time with a teacher or the preschool director to discuss concerns. Advantage Early Learning Academy parents have unlimited access to the classroom, teachers and the director.
Can I bring in food for a birthday, etc?
On occasions parents like to provide food for special activities such as birthdays and holidays. We welcome such support, however to protect children from food borne illness we are only permitted to serve children food that has been commercially prepared and packaged. All food must have an ingredient list to help us manage children with food allergies.
Are meals or snacks included?
Columbus Location:
Advantage Early Learning Academy provides breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. The Academy uses the USDA funded Child and Adult Care Food Program to create healthy and age-appropriate meals.
Marysville:
